Here are some snapshots of our recent field trip to Adolfo Lopez Mateos, a middle school in Tijuana. Our students engaged in an athletic and academic exchange. Miss Morales’ basketball team faced off with the Lopez Mateos team. Mr. Shaddox’s 8th graders participated in a language exchange while learning about the Mexican Revolution. Our students taught the Mexican students about the American Revolution (in Spanish!). The end of the day culminated in a delicious meal enjoyed by both schools.
